Please be respectful of neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially during evening hours. 👥 Maximum Occupancy: 4 Guests Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted on the property. Unapproved visitors, gatherings, events, or parties are strictly prohibited. 🔞 Minimum Booking Age The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain present at the property for the duration of the stay. 🐾 No Pets Pets are not permitted at this property. 🚭 No Smoking Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the home. 🚗 Parking Driveway parking is available for up to 2 vehicles only. No trailers, RVs, boats, or street parking are permitted. 📬 Mail & Packages Guests may not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. 🔧 Damage or Maintenance Issues If anything is damaged or not functioning properly during your stay, please notify us through the booking platform as soon as possible so it can be addressed promptly. 🧹 Excessive Cleaning The home is professionally cleaned between each stay. Excessive dirtiness requiring additional cleaning will result in an immediate $150 cleaning charge. 🔒 Off-Limit Areas The garage is locked and not accessible to guests. 📹 Exterior Cameras For security purposes, exterior cameras may monitor exterior entrances and driveway areas only. There are no cameras inside the home. 🔑 Smart Lock Entry The front door uses a keypad lock. Your entry code will typically be the last four digits of the phone number used for booking.

🚫 Garage Access The garage is locked and not accessible to guests. This area is reserved for owner storage and maintenance supplies. Guests have full access to the home, driveway parking, and fenced backyard, but the garage is off-limits during all stays.
