✨ Please treat our home as you would or better than your own. I’m extremely fond of the couch and expect to be notified of any spills / stains immediately as it can affect the next guests stay and you will incur a fee. Also, note the ACTUAL number of guests prior to reserving. Any unapproved guests could force immediate removal as well as *doggos! We would like to know their weight and breed prior. 1. If you are a local resident, you must contact us before booking - no exceptions. Local is within 45 miles of this property. You must be approved regardless of instant booking setting. 2. Guests acknowledge that they will keep their noise level to a minimum after 10:00 pm; sound will travel through the walls if too loud. 3. Guest must provide a valid ID that matches their credit card information. 4. No parties or events allowed. 5. Guests must provide us with a valid working phone number & guests listed on the reservation must report to us within 2 hours from the time of arrival if anything in regards to cleanliness does not meet their standards so we can help address the situation as soon as possible 6. NO SMOKING or use of fire permitted in the rental; guest acknowledges that no "smoking" includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and "use of fire" includes the lighting of candles, incense, or sage. There will be a $200 charge per day of reservation if this rule is not followed. 7. There can not be any more than the allowed number of guests in or on the property at any one time; a violation will lead to the IMMEDIATE removal of all guests without a refund. 8. Late check-out fee of $50 (if not authorized) applies for check-outs after 10:00 am. We're sorry we have to charge this, but we pay our housekeepers based on the agreed-upon checkout time, and if they are unable to clean, we still have to pay them and the next guest still wants to check-in on time 🥹. 9. We do not allow any guest to bring large bins into the property. Only normal travel bags and luggage. This is due to packing around unwanted guests 🐜. 10. Guests who make reservations for over 30 days must sign our standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in (it will be provided before check-in). 11. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee and will be evidenced with photos - $150. 12. This property is not pet friendly, but we do allow dogs that are on the reservation. There’s $100 dog fee. The requirement for the dog is that they are under 45 pounds and our house trained. Any damages incurred will be passed on to the guest. 13. For your security and protection, the property is equipped with an exterior camera. 14. Please remember to take all of your belongings with you upon checkout. Any items left behind will incur a $50 Mailing fee (separate from the cost of postage). We will do our best to send your items back to you within a week. 15. If by not following any of our rules forces us to refund or discount an upcoming or existing guest, you will be liable for the costs. 16.
